Premium ink mixing roller is maintenance free, non- electric, hassle free device, which mixes
the ink continuously and constantly. It is metal device in cylindrical shape with magnet at
both of its end and installed in ink tray in such position that it touches printing cylinder
constantly. When Printing process starts & the printing cylinders start rotating it also starts
rotating as it touches the cylinder constantly with the help of magnets at the both of its end.
Hence it mixes the ink constantly & continuously without using electricity or any other kind
of expensive power.
Cleaners designed to remove any kind of surface stains i.e. water or ink stains. It can be
used for water, solvent and UV based inks and coatings.
In case of anilox rolls helps to remove ink without damaging cell structuring. Our cleaning
solutions are eco-friendly and biodegradable and non- flammable.
1) Premium Clean (Liquid) – Mostly suitable for water, UV and solvents based ink marks and
other stains caused by chemicals.
2) Premium Anilox Cleaner (Ultrasonic): High quality ultrasonic cleaner which is
biodegradable and non- flammable. Due to its quality and high pH value its cleaner to water
mixing ratio is also high (1:4) as compared to other competitors.
High precision doctor blades manufactured from refined steel/ ploymer. Final product is
finished with an extra smooth edge ensuring that blade perform clean wiping action on
gravure cylinder/ anilox roller on start-up. The doctor blade removes the excess ink from
smooth non engraved portions of the image carrier and the land areas of the cell walls. It is
also used in other printing and coating processes. Doctor blade is the heart of printing
industry.
Since the doctor blade continuously removes the excess ink from cylinder/ anilox, blade/
cylinder combination is designed in such a way that it is blade that wears out not harming
the cylinder. Doctor blade is cheap whereas cylinder is relatively expensive. Typical material
used for blade is steel or plastic. Blades are designed in such a way that it is quick and easy
to replace.
Brushes designed with extended life plastic handles with resists the impact of water or
chemicals resulting in long running life of product.
Bristles of the brush designed in such a way that it can even clean the ink in cell bottom of
anilox rolls, metering rolls and delicate machine parts. Wire diameter of bristles ranges
between 70- 100μ.
